How long does shipping take?

Because we make and send every product directly one at a time, it takes 5 to 14 business days from your order (for virtual accounts, from confirmation of deposit) until you receive it. Custom orders may take a little longer to produce, and we will inform you separately after you order.

How much is shipping?

The basic shipping fee is $2.24, and it is free for purchases with a product total of $37.25 or more. For Jeju and remote island and mountain areas, $2.24 is added.

I want to cancel my order.

In the Awaiting deposit or Payment complete status, you can cancel right away from My Page (members) or Guest Order Lookup. After product preparation has started, please contact the customer center. Virtual account orders are automatically canceled when the deposit deadline passes.

Until when are exchanges and returns possible?

For a simple change of mind, you can apply within 7 days from the date you received the product; for product defects or incorrect deliveries, within 3 months from the date you received it.

Who pays the shipping costs for exchanges and returns?

For a simple change of mind, the customer pays: $2.24 one way, $4.47 round trip. For product defects or incorrect deliveries, FEPEN pays.

Are there cases where exchanges and returns are not possible?

Exchanges and returns are difficult when the product's value has decreased due to wearing, washing, tag removal, etc., when it has been damaged or soiled due to customer carelessness, and for custom order products made to the length you wanted.

How do I apply for an exchange or return?

If you tell us your order number and reason through the customer center (010-2453-0526) or email ([email protected]), we will guide you on how the item will be collected.

When will I be refunded?

We will refund you within 3 business days from the date we receive the returned product. Card payments may take 3 to 5 more business days depending on the card company, and for bank transfer (virtual account), the refund is deposited into the refund account you provided within 3 business days.
