How are FEPEN products made?

FEPEN makes every product directly by hand. We cut vegetable-tanned cowhide and carry out the entire process, through to stitching and finishing, by hand. Without mass production, we make each one carefully, one at a time.

What is vegetable-tanned leather?

It is leather tanned with natural tannins obtained from tree bark and plant extracts instead of chrome or chemical agents. This process takes from several weeks to several months, and as you use it, a patina that naturally darkens develops, giving it a unique vintage feel of its own.

Where can I buy FEPEN accessories?

You can purchase them at the FEPEN official online store, fepen.kr. Along with regular products, we also take custom orders made in the size you want.

How do I choose a size?

Measure your wrist circumference with a tape measure, then refer to the size guide on the product page. The recommended wrist circumference for each size is listed, and through a custom order, it can also be made in the size you want.

How does a custom order work?

Select the options you want on the custom order page of fepen.kr and place your order. It is custom-made to fit your wrist size, and the production period will be communicated to you after you order.

Shipping, exchanges and refunds

• Currently, we only ship within South Korea.
• Shipping fee $2.24, free on purchases of $37.25 or more ($2.24 extra for Jeju and remote islands/mountain areas)
• Because each item is made by hand one at a time before shipping, it takes 5–14 business days to receive it.
• Exchanges and returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving the item (for a simple change of mind, the customer pays round-trip shipping)
